iCandy Pole Dance Fitness Studio is committed to providing a unique, classy and fun environment for women of all ages shape and sizes to discover their sensuality through our intriguing fitness programs. We offer Pole Fit, Pole Dance Only (Beginner, Intermediate and Advance), Chair Tease/Lap Dance, Hoop Fit, Pilates and our newest classes, Slow & Seductive Pole, Hottie Body, Zumba and Gyrokinesis yoga for dancers.  

These programs are designed to increase self confidence, strength and flexibility for those who don’t like to work out and for those that do. iCandy’s plan is to help you get your sexy back in every single class we teach.

NEW Gyrokinesis®
Yoga For Dancers

Gyrokinesis® is designed to work the entire body using fluid movements that offer similar physical benefits of yoga, dance, and swimming, though it is not based on these or other specific exercise models.

Working with the body’s natural ability to move forward and backward and side to side, the movements are designed to be rhythmic and fluid.  Exercises are smoothly integrated, seeming more like dance than traditional yoga. Natural breathing patterns are also incorporated into Gyrokinesis® exercises.  Those who practice Gyrokinesis® exercises tend to be more relaxed in their daily lives and can move with increased flexibility and ease. Making this the perfect companion workout to our Pole classes.
